Phenol Column Condenser – Huasheng New Materials

This 30.5-ton phenol column condenser was custom-fabricated for Hainan Huasheng New Materials as a critical heat exchange unit for its phenol processing line. Installed downstream of the phenol distillation column, the condenser is responsible for cooling and condensing phenol vapors under controlled pressure and temperature, facilitating product recovery and emission control.

The condenser features a composite shell-and-tube design with materials precisely selected to balance structural strength and corrosion resistance. The outer shell is made of Q345R pressure vessel-grade steel, while the tube side and cladding are constructed from S30408 (304 stainless steel) for enhanced durability in phenol-rich environments.
