CFHI Nuclear Power & Petrochemical Cold High-Pressure Separator Project

As part of a high-specification petrochemical processing unit, we successfully manufactured and delivered a cold high-pressure separator for CFHI Dalian Nuclear Power & Petrochemical Co., Ltd. The vessel was engineered to withstand corrosive hydrogen sulfide environments and high-pressure separation duties, meeting stringent R-HIC (Resistance to Hydrogen Induced Cracking) standards.

Constructed with dual grades of HIC-resistant steel—16Mn(R-HIC) IV and Q345R(R-HIC)—the separator ensures long-term durability in sour gas service. With a diameter of 3,000mm, wall thickness of 196mm, and an overall length of 8,400mm, this 192.14-ton vessel exemplifies our capability in large-scale fabrication, precise welding, and advanced testing under demanding technical requirements.
