Amide Reactor – Offshore Oil Fudao

This 3.58-ton amide reactor was designed and manufactured for Offshore Oil Fudao Co., Ltd. as part of a high-purity amide compound synthesis unit. The reactor is engineered to handle highly corrosive and reactive media, including organic acids, amines, and chlorinated solvents, under controlled thermal and pressure conditions.

The vessel features a Q245R steel shell lined with industrial-grade glass enamel (glass-lined), providing excellent resistance to acidic attack and product contamination. For the most corrosion-sensitive internal components, the reactor is fitted with Hastelloy B3, a nickel-molybdenum alloy with exceptional performance in non-oxidizing acids like hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, and formic acid.
