The reactor features a dual-layer construction, combining the mechanical strength of Q345R carbon steel with the chemical resistance of S31603 (316L stainless steel) lining. This ensures the unit can safely handle corrosive solvents, acidic by-products, and reactive compounds without compromising vessel integrity or product purity.
