MED Desalination System & Structural Frames for IDE

Project Overview

This project involved the complete mechanical fabrication, electrical assembly, and structural integration of a 3,600 m³/day Multi-Effect Distillation (MED) seawater desalination system, delivered to IDE Ltd., one of the world’s leading water treatment and desalination companies.

The primary equipment includes a large-diameter MED evaporator unit with integrated flash chambers, steam distribution pipelines, and condensers, all built to support continuous, high-efficiency operation in coastal marine environments. The structural framework was prefabricated for fast on-site installation and modular connection with auxiliary systems.
