Hengyi (Brunei) Large-Scale Gasifier for Flexicoking Unit

This gasifier is a core component of a state-of-the-art flexicoking system, designed to thermally convert heavy petroleum residues into synthetic gas and solid coke. With an outer diameter of 13.36 meters and a total length exceeding 24 meters, it ranks among the largest pressure vessels used in residue upgrading applications.

Fabricated entirely from high-strength Q345R carbon steel, the vessel is engineered to withstand high-temperature, high-pressure, and high-carbon-content conditions typical of gasification units. Advanced welding techniques, strict NDT protocols, and precision forming were applied to ensure compliance with Class I pressure vessel standards.
