Oxidation Reactor – Gulf Chemical

Этот 165.5-ton oxidation reactor was custom-built for Циндаоский залив Химик to serve as a central unit in its fine chemical oxidation production line. With a towering height of 33.8 meters and a shell diameter of 6.9 meters, the reactor is designed to enable large-scale catalytic oxidation of aromatic hydrocarbons, alkanes, or specialty intermediates under elevated temperature and pressure.

The vessel adopts a dual-material clad structure, with S30403 (304L stainless steel) as the inner corrosion-resistant lining, and Q345R as the structural backing. This design provides superior protection against strong oxidizing agents, acids, and high-purity oxygen environments, while maintaining structural strength and cost efficiency.
