Weihai Shidao Heavy Industry (WSHI) manufactures a complete range of process columns to meet the diverse requirements of industrial separation, purification, and reaction systems. • Function & Application Types: Our columns serve various process needs including distillation, absorption, desorption, scrubbing, , drying, and solvent extraction.

  1. Distillation Columns — designed for precise separation and purification of multi-component mixtures under varying operating conditions.

  2. Extraction Columns — specialized for liquid–liquid extraction processes, enabling efficient separation of solvents and valuable components.

  3. Recovery Columns — tailored for recovering valuable gases or liquids from process streams, ensuring resource efficiency and environmental compliance.

• Structural Designs: Available in packed towers, bubble-cap tray towers, valve tray towers, wire mesh columns, and fully skid-mounted modular units.
• Operating Pressure & Temperature: Columns are offered for atmospheric, low-pressure, medium-pressure, and high-pressure service, and can operate from ambient to ultra-high temperatures exceeding 800°C.
• Internal Components: WSHI designs and integrates structured/random packing, bubble cap trays, sieve trays, valve trays, as well as liquid distributors, redistributors, and demisters according to process needs.
• Material Options: We provide a wide range of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel (304/304L/316/316L), CR-MO steel, titanium, Hastelloy, nickel alloys, Cu-Ni Alloy, duplex stainless steel, to suit aggressive or special media.
• Column Section Configurations: Our product range includes single-section towers, multi-section columns, dual-chamber designs, as well as series or parallel-connected configurations to meet complex process flow layouts.
• Design Codes & Standards: All columns are designed and fabricated in accordance with ASME Section VIII-1/VIII-2, GB150, EN13445, PED, or client-specific standards.
